APARTMENT MANAGERS AND ASSISTANT MANAGERS
This management position would be best suited to an individual with 5+ years experience in a management and customer service capacity. Duties include selling the apartment community to new and existing customers, processing resident work orders and rental payments, entering customer data into computer, walking and inspecting interior and exterior of apartment homes, verifying vendor work, following up on maintenance work in apartments, maintaining inventory of parts and inspecting readiness of apartments for customers and be physically able to walk the property daily. Must be very detailed, organized, have great customer service skills, ability and interest in mechanical items related to the upkeep of the apartments and better than average computer skills are also keys to success. Experience with revenue/expense budgeting and accounts receivables a plus. Apartments are all conventional, no government assistance. Work week typically 40 hours Mon-Fri with rotating Saturday's will be required based on occupancy. Positions full time with a competitive hourly rate plus bonus.Paid time off after one year holidays paid after 90 days & health benefits through Blue Cross Blue Shield.
